The first edition of this transfer manual was published in 2017 under the title "Va, Sayegh Iceve!"("Come on, Let's Read Iceve!"). It consisted of 13 lessons, one presenting the alphabet, ten presenting various letters in turn, and two on other aspects. From 2019 onwards, work continued on the writing system, especially tone orthography. This second edition was conceived to include seven further lessons, teaching the identification of verbs (Lesson 14) and the current six grammatical tone marks in Iceve (Lessons 15-20). The title was changed to "Va, Sáyegh nɛ Sɛ́saŋgɛ Iceve! ("Come on, Let's Read and Write Iceve!").
